The product was of good quality the only issue was the delivery of it as I was charged when placing the order then had an email 2 days later saying they wouldn’t deliver to my address unless I paid an £55 plus the vat for the product not due to the weight but the size if that had been the case the shipping company they used should know what they do and that should of been in the original shipping quote no 2 days later l

Item not advised online when placing order that it was in fact out of stock until I queried location of the delivery 7 days later. Delivery itself once in stock and dispatched was extremely late which I had to chase myself a few times.

Very easy to order from and fast delivery. Will be ordering more soon.

Delivery was as stated and unloading was extremely efficient and driver made every effort to place goods except where required.

So the website says 5 days delivery, and our was the maximum time to deliver, but it was sent from a local company that can deliver any day.
The first batch arrived battered, no straight edges, wet and mouldy. If I hadn't been chasing insulation superstore I would have lost another week waiting for an outcome. A replacement was sent. These were not much better, again the edges had been squashed and so were not straight, corners bashed where dropped but hey you can't hold off a build for ever. Its my second order from them and probably the last.
They are now just reselling deliveries from CCF so not sure why I just don't go there my self. Its quicker, cheaper and at least I could check the boards myself.

I sought telephone advice about their products and was impressed by the support I received and the call concluded with a suggestion that submit a request for project support. I provided as much information as I could so that I could be pointed to the products that I need and they supply. A few hours later I received a reply of unfathomable and irrelevant gobbledy gook that few laypeople would understand. I will NOT be buying my insulation from Insulation Superstore.
